Toledo OH Community Bio:

Toledo OH is located in Lucas County and is the 4th largest city in the State of Ohio. Known as The Glass City, Toledo grew quickly after the Miami and Erie Canal was constructed in the area. Toledo got its Glass City nickname after a long history of glass manufacturing which included windows, bottles, windshields, construction materials and even glass art. In more recent years Toledo has become an art community, a place for auto assembly businesses and a place very high on our local sports teams.

Whether it's heading over to the Toledo Speedway watch an auto race or over to the Inverness Club for a round of Golf you can always find something fun to do. SOme of our other local sports teams include the Toledo Mud Hens which is a Minor League Baseball team, The Toledo Walleye hockey team, The Toledo Reign which is a women's full contact tackle football team and the Glass City Rollers which is a women's Roller Derby Team.
